School and Sports physicals for children under 18 are $20. We will not bill insurances and payment is due at time of service. In addition, the $20 only covers an exam, any additional procedures or tests will be an additional fee.

As of July 1, 2010, Mat-Su Health Services, Inc. (MHS) will be raising the nominal (lowest) fee for the medical clinic to $20.
