Every person receives individualized treatment planning and becomes the focal point of the services provided. We use an integrated services model that incorporates mental health, substance abuse concerns, and an individual’s physical health. Psychosocial Rehabilitative ServicesOur Rehab Services program provides community support to both children and adults who are experiencing symptoms of a chronic mental illness or a severe emotional disturbance which is impacting their ability to function in multiple realms including family, school, or community. Case management and skills development services are provided based upon a functional assessment that identifies those services which will best meet a person’s needs. Case Managers assist individuals and their families in identifying, accessing, and coordinating needed services and resources available to them both at MHS and the community. Skills Development Specialists teach and monitor activities of daily living, including self-care and life skills. Staff can provide these services here at MHS, in the community, and school or home based setting depending on the identified need. We offer both individual and group skills development.
