• We encourage scheduled appointments
  • We currently have same-day appointments (called Open Access appointments) for new clients/patients for behavioral health reasons. You may come in to see one of our Behavioral Health Consultants Monday through Friday at 8:30am OR 12:30pm.
  • We have some same-day appointments for established primary care patients
  • Please call to verify these same-day appointments are available when you wish to come in
• Payment is expected at time of service
• Special financial arrangements are available (see Insured and Uninsured for more information)
• Most credit cards are accepted

When visiting the clinic for the first time, you will need to bring:

·        Photo ID

·        Insurance proof – Medicaid coupon, Denali KidCare, private insurance or Medicare card

·        If applying for the discounted fee, you will need to bring proof of income

·        Various forms that can be filled out before your appointment
