Those who are without insurance, are underinsured, or who have insurance, are all welcome to call and schedule an appointment with us. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and most other third-party insurances. Please bring proof of these benefits to your appointment. As a federally funded facility, we can offer a discount to our fees. To do this, we need to know your family income and size. We ask that you bring proof of your income to your initial visit to Mat-Su Health Services, Inc. (MHS). This allows us to discount your fees within a range that is based on the U.S. National Poverty Guidelines. You must provide this proof of income on an annual basis.
